This form-fitted, figure-enhancing gown is made from 4 yards of PVC with a carefully designed pleated train and straps that sit slightly off the shoulder.  No slip silicone rubber lining on the inside top of the straps keep them in place. The dress comes with a removable waist sash with bow.
