This gorgeous and finely tailored clear PVC and lace shrug has scalloped lace detailing on each of its three layers, a mesh lining on the bicep to keep the clear PVC from sticking to your skin, an angled lace hem, and adjustable eyelets and lacing on the inner arm. This style looks the best when sewn from black or white expensive bridal Alencon lace as shown but will cost $35 extra.
