We designed this double layered knee length PVC Victorian style skirt to be  longer in the back with a ruffly PVC hem. This skirt look its best when worn with a floofy medium length crinoline underneath. You can wear this skirt under or over our PVC corsets to exaggerate your cinched in waist using the elastic drawstring!
