Our cute and versatile bolero shrug pairs well with glam goth or fetish outfits or as part of a full PVC look. Sewn with ruffled upper sleeves which taper down into a slim fit lower arm. We designed this shrug with longer sleeves so it ends a little past the wrist with a little bit of ruffled crinoline sewn into the upper shoulder for volume.
